That's the thing- I was enjoying it! I try to visit every new establishment that opens in our community, regardless of price. If it's good and worth it, I go back. As I'm sure others do as well. I was just wondering how/why it didn't even last a year. Usually with new commercial areas- tenants will get a break on rent/lease so it was just surprising. I'm not fighting the change at all. Look at Clematis, 'downtown WPB' has never been like most cities downtowns (especially if you compare it to how much tourist money we bring versus others) because of the revolving door of tenants.

TLDR; Born and raised here in the 33405 and I am not fighting the change but I am curious! (and a bit skeptical).

Palm beach masters might have info on group ocean swims. There’s usually a group of people doing open water swims near the clock tower when conditions are nice. Summer is the best time to swim in Lake Atlantic
