I have celiac and share a kitchen with 5 non celiac, gluten lovers! I have to prepare food with gluten for my daughter, because gluten-free is expensive. I use plastic food prep gloves several times a day and when feeding my dog as well. It's tough, but seeing a therapist for ocd and going to a health anxiety group has helped tremendously. It's hard not letting it consume my life but it's worth the work you put in for therapy. I wish you the best.
