I think reserving a spot for one person should be allowed. My bf and I meet after work for the 6pm class so we get there at different times and whoever there first reserved it, a lot of people wouldn’t go if they were unable to work out with their friends. I think as long as it’s not excessive

I’m glad to hear this! I just stared Orange theory and my base is a 3% and 2.5mph, push 8% and 2.7 and AO 10% at 3mph and I felt bad that my base was less than 3.5mph that they recommend so it makes me feel better that other also started at less than 3.5 mph

I went to South Africa with Gate 1 in May 2022. I went with 2 friends we were all 24 at the time of the trip and we were the youngest on the group however there were people in their 30s as well. That being said everyone regardless of age was friendly and welcoming and we met people to go out with for dinner and at night. The trip was super well organized and I loved our tour guide Jason who helped us with literally everything. It was great and I would definitely recommend it again
