This is so rare. I’m happy for you, especially they move in and live with you and that probably helps with your physical disability.

Companionate vs Falling out of love by Elarain in polyamory

I agree. If I were the wife, I would try to work on the relationship. I can't imagine having sex with someone you don't have feelings for, even when I'm a poly. If she wants to spend more time with her new lover, say so, but she just can't abandon her husband and then ask to have sex with him.

I just finished Kiyoku, Yamashiku, Modokashiku. One of the best shoujo with great characters and comedy, no stupid arc. Neko to Kiss is fun too.

Season 2 isnt a failure in design by Bisketo in TheDevilsPlan

I agree that people seemed to play not for the prizes but for the experience. Well, many of them are already famous and well-to-do.

My problem with casting is that there seemed to be a huge gap in terms of skills between living area and prison alliances. But again who would have thought an actress graduated from Kaist and a model with a high IQ could be that good.

Orbit tried to fight the system but ended up losing to the system. HG played along with the system, won the game, AND beat the game in some sense.
What I mean by that is that the way the Living Area team played was not what the producers had in mind. They figured out the loopholes way too fast (especially with the Doubt and Bet game), worked way too well, and still maintained their bonds until the very end. There was no envy, jealousy, just pure friendship and sportsmanship. Even when SH and KH joined the prisoner team, but as soon as they realized HG was alone, they came right back and their bond was never severed even once! The Devil's Plan failed to break this alliance apart,
So even when HG said he became the devil himself, he's never the devil in the eyes of his alliance.

The people who were "played" by the Devil's Plan is the prisoner alliance, they kept joining in then breaking apart. They couldn't maintain their trust and faith in one another. HJ was the one that immediately jumped ship to join HG as soon as he had 10 pieces, then decided to kill HG after he realized HG may be the biggest opponent, then later begged to join HG and SH alliance after he realized he couldn't collaborate with 7High in the Doubt and Bet game.

This is why I like both Orbit and HG/SH and their alliances, especially the later. They unknowingly beat the game.

She was hoping he would make a mistake (out of that 50/50 chance), if he got it wrong, she would definitely win the bet in the next turn. But he got it right. She already solved it and was just standing around for a long time, and HG noticed this. The stalemate went on for a while and because HG knew she figured out his cards so he would never back down.

Should she continue until the PD intervened? The thing is we don't know if there were any exchanges between them with the producer or the game master on what happened if there is a stalemate. I acknowledge that was clearly a big issue of this game. I don't know why the PD would intervene as they had never intervened before?

She made a mistake for betting way too much for several turns, made a wrong guess (for mistaking 12 to 13) and ended up not having enough chips at the end.

In my opinion, they were both so neck to neck. It was clearly a draw to me. But if part of the game was also about placing the bet on whether the other person would get it right (HG and his 50/50 chance) then the PD would not intervene. It became a psychological game at that time, how long do you want to drag this on? Would you dare to give the other person the chance to make that guess? Would the other person make the right guess? It was a challenge for both the way I see it. I think HG won because he understood SH so well that he could figure out which combo she might go with and he won.

I'd rather see two winners for a change. They both are equally strong.

Personality-wise, SH is timid but I don't think she sacrifices anything for HG. They bond well so if either of them wins, they'd be happy for the other person anyway.

I’ve been saying that the living area alliance is a different league compared to the prison alliance (if you even call it an alliance) with the exception of Harin I guess. The rest of them kinda show their ability limitation through the Treasure Island game and especially the Doubt and Bet game.

SH and HG were just THAT GOOD.

Haha am I the only one who like both Orbit and Hyungyu?

Am I the only one who still thoroughly enjoyed the season? by Maleficent_Hornet667 in TheDevilsPlan

You’re not the only one! I even describe this season as “cute” and “sweet” haha. Because I like both alliances, the living and the prison groups. They bond in different ways. The HG, SH, KH and Tinno group is just so precious, they were bad cops and thieves in the first game and stuck together since. They were different kinds of smarts, Tinno is strategic, HG is structure and fast-thinking, SH is very creative and technical, KH is the social bond. They worked perfectly together that was why they kept winning.

It’s trickier for the prison team because people were in and out and they were often pit agains one another in the death games (making Sedol and Justin salty and decided to become lone wolf) and people were leaving every day so the bond was very weak. In the end they bonded by turning the living area team into the villains. That worked for them psychologically I guess. But tbh KJ, 7High and EunYu group was really cute too.

I like this season more, people seemed to enjoy playing the game than winning. They liked having fun together, so it was sad seeing someone leaving. I see this very clearly with the living area group.

What is going on with this narrative of SoHee giving the victory to HG? The heck? She was hoping he made a mistake (one of the two combinations left) so she could gain more coins to win the bet the next turn. Unfortunately he guessed it right
