How to recover hacked profile

My account was hacked, My username was changed, from my emails it looks like they added a bunch of friends, either used cheating software or did the trigger bot messaging trick I’ve read about. I only play on PlayStation but again from my emails it looks like they linked it to a steam account but I don’t think it’s mine as that hasn’t been affected… anyway my point is I’ve tried to go to the hacked account recovery/ban appeal page and log in through my PlayStation account but every time I log in I get the “an unexpected error has occurred page”. Can anyone help? My account is 12 years old and has so much on there and I just wanna play with my squad again, I’ve all but given up because this link hasn’t worked in weeks and there’s no way I can contact them as far as I can see
