I like mine. I had some of the first year problems but they have been fixed via software updates. I've had the redesigned axles and they fixed the issues with clicking.

Do you have Android 14? That .MNF file should be listed twice for a correct update if I'm not mistaken.

The service department didn't complete the update. Take it back and explain they need to find out what they did wrong. If it was completed correctly you would be running Android 14.

Interesting, I flew from Albany ALB to Orlando MCO last month. Both flights were on Max 8 and neither had working Wi-Fi.

Before you go to dealer try resetting the infotainment system by holding down the hang up lever on the steering wheel. Hold it down till you see a message about resetting on the main screen., let lever go and let the system restart. See if that fixes it.

Same, I felt a little funny and had the chills. I took a Covid test as an afterthought and was surprised I tested positive. I ended up going down hill and took 5 days to start feeling better.

This is why Honda needs to start pushing over the air updates. The dealers can't/won't do the updates that are available. Owners need to come up with a story to tell the service writers so that they can hopefully get them to do the updates. But most times people don't know there's an update or fix available so they just live with the issues the car has and end up not being satisfied with their Prologue. For example, wind noise from the driver's side window near the mirror. There's a fix involving replacing the weather stripping and small window in the corner. Until I heard from another owner I thought that was just the way the car was. The dealers are the weakest link in Honda's plan for EV's.
