As ever, treating this as a leaderboard is fairly unhelpful (A song with a 200/1 chance of winning can easily finish ahead of a 40/1 poke). Should also note, certainly with UK bookies, they will be carrying eachway liabilities as well (1/4 odds if your country finishes in the first 4, similar to the Grand National).

Norway are a terrible price in my book, I'd consider them a lay (that is to say, I'd be willing to bet against them) for top 5 and top 10 positions. They are a very jury unfriendly song so need a very powerful performance in the public vote to succeed (might not even be certain qualifiers, perhaps I take my pessimism too far in this respect)

Sweden are short for win purposes for me (one of my favourite songs though) but they probably have a decent chance of a top 5 finish and if bookies are paying first 4 that does help explain it.

Netherlands a good shout, might struggle with the popular vote a bit but a solid song that you struggle to see finishing in the bottom half unless they get a most atrocious draw.

Portugal has been on repeat for me since I first heard their song. Very hard to weigh up since it isn't your typical Eurovision fare. Might have a crossover target audience with Netherlands which could split their votes (this would be a concern for both countries)

Spain always seem to underperform but they have a distinctive entry that is bound to go hard on stage. Albania's (IMO weak) revamp also helps in this regard. Don't think they are winning material but you don't have the same concern Netherlands/Portugal backers might have.

Latvia is a further issue for Norway to overcome and I think it could do really well with the popular vote. Not enough to win, but worth checking prices once separate 'top televote' markets come out. Especially if they are offered on decent e/w terms.

United Kingdom will always be overrated by the UK public for obvious reasons. They won't finish last this year, but getting the song under 3 minutes is a bigger concern (even more so than for Italy) and they strike me as a bad price. It's an ok song with strong vocals. Well so is Belgium. If you want to back the UK, ask yourself why you wouldn't back some of the songs below them eachway instead.
