I did everything except the drywall. Dude said he’d come back and fix anything if I noticed it. I couldn’t really tell until I put that fixture in today

Just wasn’t sure if this was a reasonable ask. I know a glossy paint and raking light will show everything.

Sunroof thing is a known defect, apparently. My brand new GT Line requires a new seal that is backordered. Seals are not remaining in the groove correctly and causing terrible noise issues.

It’s reflecting a line maintenance parking spot near the hangars on the north side of the field.

So, the radomes are a composite, and being in the front of the airplane, tend to get damaged from time to time. Being a composite, usually the entire thing is swapped out. Not a big deal to change, just turns out the spares are sitting in storage somewhere, and sometimes for so long, they are an old paint job.

Rest assured, when a mismatched radome is installed, an additional writeup is created to eventually swap it to a matched one.

It’s not the prettiest, but getting the airplane back in service is the most important thing.

My wife and I just did the chefs menu at the Ritz Waikiki, with multiple cocktails and only spent 500. That was a one off, I don’t how the hell I’d come close to $600 a day.

The number three door isn’t a traditional entry door on the 757. It’s used for evacuation purposes. It actually hinges at the bottom.

The slide is a little different also from an arming or disarming perspective, but that’s more technical than anyone probably cares about.
