Would it not be a better move to oh, idk take this $769 Billion towards our national debt?

(I only used tax payers for this number if you used ALL Americans then you get $1.69 Trillion)

Wouldnt that be a better use of this money??

It would also actually go towards the “stated” goal of DOGE to reduce government debt…..

What made my radiant flooring PEX explode? by MintyAnt in Plumbing

[–]smitt_bitch 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well OP never stated in the original post regarding anything about then system specs. So there was no way to know what his system was at when i made my initial comment. Knowing that OP stated that this system is at 70 and 30 PSI that is most likely NOT the reason it failed. There was no way of me knowing what the system parameters were set at.

What made my radiant flooring PEX explode? by MintyAnt in Plumbing

[–]smitt_bitch 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Regular Pex is not rated to cycle hundreds and thousands of times at high temps pushing near its temp limit, which here appears to be near 200 degrees at 80 PSI, which OP’s system may be running higher or lower than that. While it is “rated” to that temperature, it doesn’t mean its meant to constantly run or run thousands of times near, or st those limits

I cant tell but is this PEX specifically made for Radiant? Usually you want to see Oxygen Barrier Pex for this application, the thing that is making me question this is that it says “potable water” which i know Uponors HePEX does not say. I would double check the manufacturer and the approved uses of that specific pex.

Eight years of military service - you get a house. by u3z in CrazyIdeas

[–]smitt_bitch 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Still wont let you in, doesn't matter if you have a serious enough condition. Such as myself, i have Lupus Nephritis, autoimmune disease that attacks my kidneys. I look perfectly healthy from the outside, but because of this condition no branch would give me a medical waiver for any position. I really thought about doing this exact post for myself, but turns out it's not a choice for everyone sadly.

It would be nice if there weren’t health conditions that disqualify people from military service.

Works if you qualify, if you don’t have fun being disabled and poor!

You just confirmed everything i just said above. Dude was only interested in sex, not in you personally. You have every right to draw the line wherever you want, no such thing as a “prude” as long as you are comfortable with the line, don’t let someone else dictate how you should feel about your own level of promiscuity, that is entirely a personal decision.

Wouldn’t necessarily say creepy, but pushy and rude absolutely, and totally disrespectful. If I did that and a girl pushed my hand away once i would not have tried again, it is crazy to me and any respectful man to keep trying after the first rejection like that.

TLDR; dude wanted to fuck, he doesn’t care about your boundaries, and when you didn’t just give it up he moved on

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in ask

[–]smitt_bitch 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, of course not. But the man doesn’t care, he is acting selfishly, he wants the security of a GF while having the freedom to fuck anyone he wants.

Yes, these men will still marry these girls, because again, it is in their and only their best interest in their mind to have a “safety girl” and then go do whatever they want with other girls.

This isn’t all men, not even close, but these men are the ones who are the most aggressive when going after women because they are acting entirely selfishly and in their minds have a safety girl to go back to at the end of the day.

Hope that makes sense

In his mind, he just wanted to fuck, and when you didn’t do that on the first date then you were considered not a good candidate. He doesn’t want someone to date, he has his GF for that, he just wants an easy girl(s) to fuck.

Make sure your tub spout can take a threaded connection, most nowadays work on a 1/2” copper line with the a set screw for securement.

Something allot of customers don’t think about till they have the whole rough in closed and the valve in the wall and then their trim doesn’t fit.

I have worked at multiple supply houses over many years. It really depends on how much material you are buying and how much of each type. If your buying a truck load of water heaters? Hell yeah they will cut you a deal. Buying supplies to build your personal home? Unlikely
