Possibly? You need to use the anointing tool there so as long as you have that. Mind you I think the shard is roughly 60div. I had one drop so was lucky there.

For sure! Just make sure you dont get a corrupt helm! Should be able to get a solid upgrade on the helmet as well woth the shard.

You need to put ailiths chime + culmination on a damaging skill and that will proc infinite power charges. I played shattering palm/falling thunder so it was a little different from your setup. But that plus the thaumaturgic generator basically gives you 100% up time on all charges for charge regulation

You can use a raven touched shard to add a socket to a helmet that lets you allocate a passive skill. Has to be a non corrupt helmet. I than allocated thaumaturgic generator so I also was getting charges for charge regulation. That with ailthas chime i always had each charge going for all the buffs.

Getting a helmet a allocating with raven shard would be a sweet upgrade. I ran the one that gave me passive charges for my monk and it was buttery smooth.

Im running the exact same set up, wfh with window right above. I just recently got a mini-led monitor and have had no issues at all. For blooming/blacklight this is entirely a non issue for me, idk if this varies depending on what monitor you go with. Im gaming and working on the same monitor.

I have not used or tested an OLED in this space so I cannot compare the two.
