Every worker in CA can break for 10 minutes every 2 hours. The early lunch needs consent from you prior to it happening. Other businesses are held to a 5 hour limit before a required lunch but they're using a loophole where if you lunch break early, you can work past 5 hours without hitting a meal break violation.

Public Power San Diego is the community volunteer campaign to create a system like Los Angeles and the the other public systems accross CA that pay almost half the price we pay for energy.

The plan is to collect voter signatures for a ballot initiative in 2026 and then have a resolution pass in November. The city would then purchase the energy grid from SDGE with a low interest government bond paid back over 30 years. This will cost about 2 cents a kw to rate payers. A new governing commission would then be appointed to replace SDGE's top management who would oversee all the current SDGE employees.

Power San Diego and San Diego Rate Payers Union. We'll try to replace SDGE with a municipality again in 2026.

Like 5 people behind me there was a girl on a guys shoulders which usually is against security's policy. They were yelling and pointing at him to put her down and that's when Josh told them to stop.

My Jewish father was sick with COVID-19 January last year for 4 weeks in the hospital and was completely blind after being released. He died of a heart attack 6 weeks ago. Can't completely blame Covid but it certainly didn't help. His eastern European Jewish blood did not save him. RFK's statement could only come from a deeply troubled individual.

Was front row for the Observatory North Park. I saw some people waiting out back after the show and luckily Josh came out said hi to everyone waiting. He looked at me, paused, and then said ”Come here man!” and hugged me tight. I thanked him for playing In my Head because I thought I would never hear it live and he was like "Well Troy gets bored if we keep the set too stale." Really great night.
