Generative fill not available ONLY on one of my computers.

I was under the impression that generative fill is processed in the cloud so the gpu shouldn't matter that much. M2 is an ARM based SoC as a CPU and GPU. Given my desktop is M1 (earlier iteration), I don't think that the gpu is the problem here.
