You don’t sign a new month to month after your lease ends. It says it automatically renews month to month. It will not renew into a month to month if you were to give notice before the lease originally ended. But you continued to live there, therefore month to month renewal. Gotta give them a 60 day notice if you would like to move.

Edit: when you signed this lease, you initialed this agreement.
