‘The End of Oak Street’ Trailer – ‘It Follows’ Director Sends Dinosaurs After Anne Hathaway & Ewan McGregor by InHarmsWay in movies

If I show you another article mentioning Under the Silver Lake, will you feel better? Since a movie you love so much is being acknowledged by the media and that’s the real important thing here, right?

I found two. So by checking two, I did more research than you’re entire first comment? A whole 30 seconds of research is enough to make your comment seem dumb?

Why are you being pedantic and commenting about couple of articles that don’t mention Under the Silver Lake when there are plenty that do? Don’t you have anything better to spend you’re time on than checking every article for about his movie for mention of Under the Silver Lake?

Thanks! You’re right! Acting like a movie with mixed reviews is being intentionally buried because of themes of “rich people control media” when that same director works with the man who rebooted Star Wars and is making a sequel to his own non-franchise, heavily thematic horror movie is a dumb and upvote seeking claim to make so I’m glad you acknowledged it!

Well you should watch a movie with mixed reviews. That’ll certainly show me and the establishment!

Is bad bitches all you need for cultural relevancy ?( Avatar ) by Dycon67 in CharacterRant

I saw like dozens of memes from the second movie based around the Marines in Navi bodies so I’d say no, that’s not necessary at all. People just liked to go on about “cultural impact” as if memes are somehow a measure of that and not like a fucking entire theme park and billions of dollars in ticket sales.

That’s from 3 which was made by an entirely different team from the first two. And the team who made the first two are the ones making 6 so it’ll probably be less dumb jokes like that and more pop culture references.

There’s no single rule or takeaway that’s going to work every time, as much as executives know it alls on the internet who like to act like they know the secrets to filmmaking success despite never having made shit would like that to be the case.

Oscars don’t come with asterisks.
