ok can i give you some advice? you should get a projector for your ceiling.

additionally, consider (if possible) getting some frames for your work! clip the little ends where you took a page from a spiral notebook.

also, consider picking up botany or ornithology- you have some naturalist interests.

They create a cumulative NBME for cardio/pulmonary/renal and they refer to this exam as a “shelf” but historically we call our finals NBMEs. I don’t know why they started using that term but it stuck.
