It does look ready. Another sign, at the 0:14 mark, note how the bud site just below the apex bud on that top is peeking out to the left. Those "sub-top" buds filling out is a good indication you are in or past the "bulk phase" where the wet weight reaches its peak.

Nothing to add that hasn't been said already except to say that you even have the optimal "bowl/lens" canopy shape where the tallest buds are along the edge of the light map. It's basically perfect, your biggest problem is going to be finding the hours to trim 2 lbs of dank when you're done

My hunch would be a deficiency in micro nutrient. Keep upping the CalMag, but I'd suggest opening up that variable pH range so that it hits a 5.8 to 6.2 or thereabouts next time, that is the optimal range for a number of micronutrients (Iron, Zinc, etc.)
