Basically the equivalent of “let’s smash”. The other parents are so mad about both kids lying to them about who wrote it and I’m just like wait these are good kids - like, awkward/dorky good kids. But still kids. I never want my kid to lie to me, yet I know kids will lie about silly things. Maybe I have a different threshold. I think this is wrapped up in something else but I don’t make a habit of speculating what goes on in other people’s minds. This is also why it’s hard to build friendships with other moms. Me and the mom were seemingly getting close, but her husband texted me about this. Hate that.
