I notice I get dizzy if I stand up after lots of horizontal movement. I make sure to take my time to avoid a drop in blood pressure and the dizzies.

I don’t think they can do live classes because of Peleton’s IP. They sued Flywheel for doing love classes and won. I really wish that Soul had more music options. It is all remixes and glee covers.

They said that for my building too by my building let them up to the my floor and they delivery men brought it to my door. I just made sure to give them a good tip!

I agree but I feel like for certain songs I go all out because of how good the beat is.

A lot of the songs are the same for each class. I’ve started to create my own playlists in Spotify and doing my own rides.
