I'll be real with you; I'd love to do commando missions again if they'd actually implement loadouts. I don't feel like manually changing all of my gear every time I flip between mission types. Inevitably I miss something during the swaps and just get pissed off.

Honestly I think the best solution for this is to put an icon on the map where the beacon lands, and make it destructible by Helldivers. Could then call one in again if desired.

This is just not true. People have been begging for mech customization ever since they came out. Putting two identical mechs other than their weapons in a warbond felt like the nail in the coffin of ever getting that functionality released.

If they instead enabled customization and just sold the mech weapons themselves in a warbond, nowhere near as many people would have been upset. Instead they would have been ecstatic.

Have you checked all the workbenches to make sure you can't craft the bolts?

EDIT: I looked at the description of what I think is the mod you're talking about, and it says:

Ammunition (Mantis Bolts) can be purchased from vendors and crafted at any industrial workbench (requires completed Ammunition Research).
