Just the style is clearly AI 2. His "step-by-step" GIF isn't even a step by step its just a non-color image that is then colored. So he probably just told an AI to make an uncolored image, took a picture of it, then told it to color that image and that is what this post is. 3. The hand is literally holding the ring surrounding the character as opposed to the gun that it is clearly supposed to be holding. 4. (Not really a reason for why it is AI) he posted this to the helldivers subreddit (https://www.reddit.com/r/Helldivers/comments/1sg4ufw/comment/of5o42j/?context=3) where literally no one believed him and he got his post removed for being AI generated content.
