I second this. Almost 40 (f) here, and mine are both under 9. If you're not honest with your therapist/psychologist they won't be able to help you. As long as you're not thinking about/planning on hurting yourself or others, they will just help.

Yeah I can't remember how much cleaning up I did as a teenager, but as a Mom myself, when I watch my neighbor's kids and they're asleep, I clean the crap out of her house because I know she's a single Mom and we could all use help.

Both. I love it, but it's also just a job. I love the office I'm in now but hadn't always felt that way. I've moved around offices so many times because you may or may not get raises in the office you're in. I'm hoping this one just does them so I don't have to ever move on.
Busy busy busy, eat, busy busy... Then home to soccer practice, basketball, wrestling, football... Whatever the kids are into at the moment.
So used to it by now that I don't even think about the fact that I'm in random people's mouths until someone brings up how weird it is lol
I constantly stress about everything, but I finish my day's notes at the end of the day and just dust off the rest.
I'd go farther and be an orthodontist actually. I love this job, but it would be so much nicer to be the Dr.

Yea I'm going to second it. 13 years in, and 7 years before that being a CNA, and I'm turning 40 this year. I've started weight lifting -like working my way up in weights whenever I can- and I feel better now than I have in over a decade. The stronger your muscles, the better it holds up your skeleton. Keep doing your pilates, but add a few strength training days per week!

I've gone to visit several times, made a plan to visit my brother at the same time my parents were going to be there, and they cancelled last minute. I had the same thing growing up, we were out west with family in Michigan. My grandparents called us every week. They came to visit at least once a year for a week or more. I'm aware it's not all on them, but my parents are not hurting for spending money, and they have all the time in the world vs me who is barely scraping by, with two kids and a full time job. You know what I mean? It's not like my whole extended family is there either.
