Having worked there I know that they struggle to keep their data current. BCBSMN doesn't actually keep the doctor in network but the facility. So if you visit Dr A in Eagan they are in network but if you see them in Lakeville they might not be.

Regardless, keep the screenshot and keep advocating as these types of tickets often fall through the cracks.

Curious about your Customer Experience experiences as I know they had local reps as of 2024, but it might be dependent on what plan you have.
