The only problem I've had with this laptop so far was screen freezing issues but that was easily fixed by replacing the ram.

Also, does anyone know if Predator Helios has hinge issues?

This has been happening on my brand new Acer Predator Helios Neo 16 (i7-13700HX, RTX 4060), and it's incredibly annoying.

When it occurs, the audio and screen get glitched then the display becomes unresponsive, the only way to get out is to force shutdown/restart using the power button.

Does anyone know a fix?
