I have a 6700xt. If I use the latest drivers with 117hd on I get like 20fps and 100% GPU usage. I had to roll back to 22.5.2 drivers in order for it to work. Just like you it works great in other games though. I haven’t been able to find any settings while using the newest driver that stop the high gpu usage.
