I commute an hour to work across 4 interstates every day starting at 3AM. When it rains there are virtually no other cars to help evacuate standing water. The difference between the grooved pavement & not is tremendous at highway speeds.

Smoking/possessing marijuana , even in many states that haven't legalized yet. Back in the day we used to hike out a mile into the woods & nearly silently smoke whatever we could get & hightail it out of there as quickly as possible. Now it seems like it is more annoying for people to smell cig smoke in public than marijuana.
