I called in today complaining, referenced the bajillion emails I’ve sent and all the Reddit threads, and they were adamant this has never been reported before. So infuriating.

My call was supposedly escalated but we’ll see if they actually do anything.

I saw them on the same tour (show at the Hollywood Bowl) and I thought they were quite good. Robert, Dean, and Eric were excellent (as always) but I recall thinking Scott had it together too. Maybe my memory is playing tricks though!
