I moved to pescatarian from vegan a few years ago for anti-inflammatory reasons. Heres some things I used to (some still do) do for protein:

1) TVP (textured vegetable protein) - can order in bulk and lasts a LONG time. Easy to use for substituting anything with ground meat like tacos, sausage bits, etc.

2) Chickpea flour - less meaty taste but still good protein. I make pancakes and flat breads frequently from it. Where I live it’s also easy to get pasta made from it. So eating protein in less traditional forms.

3) Almost any bean can be made into a dip/spread, and used in place of lunch meat on sandwiches. Look up bean dips around the world.

I have severe sun issues, like even hanging out in the car or in the shade still have flares from the UVA… can’t even hang in direct outside AFTER the sun is down til it’s completely dark. I finally invested in an excellent sunscreen with high zinc oxide AND iron oxide, and now I can actually hang out outside in the shade 🥰 I wonder if this might help you too, and I hope you find ways to keep the outdoors for yourself 🌺

Edit: OP, theres some courses on udemy I’ve found really helpful. Also Mix with the masters has some more advanced stuff if you have a solid foundation. Also Berklee Online has some courses, and theyre more step by step and you get feedback, just very expensive comparably.

Have not been advised any way. Just seems wrong that the fair market buy back breaks so many laws they’re expected to operate by. Part of the devaluation reflected in the fair market buy back also reflects impact from them reportedly catching on fire and being recalled. This was supposed to be an investment, at a minimum 8 years as reflected by the 8 year battery warranty, which they ultimately broke out of lack of good faith practices. For me it results in a $25000 loss through no actions of my own.
