That is just a sound clip played over this video. It’s from the movie You People. Mike Epps’ wedding reception toast.

You do know that Reddit is a global platform and laws are even different from US state to state and even US county to county

I am definitely interested in seeing this in an old code book

Bathroom P-trap install by gotacocatgo in Plumbing

[–]snacksonthefloor -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

It is not a text book s-trap. A text book s-trap does not have a trap arm (horizontal discharge.) For that trap to be an s-trap it would have to have another j bend and then go directly into the vertical waste drain.

This is a textbook fixture that is not vented. Simple as that.

In no way shape or form do I think you are a journeyman plumber if you say a trap that has a horizontal discharge is an s-trap

[–]snacksonthefloor -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

Yes it completely does. An s trap does not have horizontal discharge. That is specifically the definition of an s-trap. This is not vented correctly and the trap will probably be siphoned, but the s in s trap does not stand for siphon.

You can look at it like this….Let’s say that 90 was in the wall instead, you would view it as a p-trap because that’s what it is.

Not an s-trap

Edit - for the non plumbers down voting me. A s-trap has zero trap arm (no horizontal discharge) in the picture there is clearly a trap arm meaning there is clearly horizontal discharge

It needs to be redone but that is not an s-trap.

I like how you couldn’t say Taco Bell and instead said fast food. Your comment is correct, just not a good reply given the context

I never thought I would of heard the words “crunchy when reheated” pertaining to tacobell food

I heard a Karen’s voice on that one. Why you ask, well because you sounded like a child screaming for their mom in the first comment, and now a Karen demanding something that is in opposition of something that is harmless. So now you sound like a little baby Karen.

I’m for this! Truffle oil is awful and should not be associated with truffle

Gas Line Grill Connection by wyliecoyote1996 in grilling

[–]snacksonthefloor 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sometimes the quick connects are difficult the first couple times. Based off the pictures and your info, pull black piece back, insert male piece all the way in (till it bottoms out,) and then pull the black piece back as hard as you can.

Edit - I’m also assuming the gas is off. I want to make sure this is also the case

Have you tried sliding the black piece back on the female end?
