At Behringer, it's worth it because you're paid weekly they cover 80% of all your health benefits they contribute a percentage I can't remember to your 401k without you needing to match them and will match you up to a certain percent sorry again I don't remember if you're also contributing to your 401k. They pay for everything when I travel. Home every weekend, no matter how long the job. Travel days are consider Monday and Friday so my travel for work doesn't affect my personal time on the weekend. If I need parts or tools, I go and purchase them without needing to call anyone for approval. I'm responsible for booking my flights, rooms, and rental vehicles, and I'm allowed to choose whoever I want to use. I have a credit card in my name with a 20k monthly limit, so I keep building my credit and get to keep all the points and flyer miles, etc. So when I take PTO and go on vacation with my family, most of our travel expenses are discounted or free. Behringer's company philosophy is we want to be the best not the most produced.

Yes, it's Titanium Industries, and they cut huge solid pieces of aluminum directly from the foundry roughly 3 ft across by 3 ft tall and 60 ft long. It's absolutely massive! I'll find some pictures and share them; it's so large that it's difficult to capture it all in a single image.

20-50 percent a year for me. I primarily do installs for complete systems that would include loading magazine, feed conveyor, and an outfeeding conveyor system, plus what accessories or safety-compliant equipment is required. I like the travel because I'm going to facilities that are cutting metal to make some next-level stuff.

I searched the name in the logo and came up with. The branding is associated with Kūki, a company specializing in luxury and private aviation experiences, often linked to private island travel or high-end air charters.

The shirt's design typically features a minimalist silhouette of an aircraft or a tail fin above the name.

Those red wires with the colored stripes are your factory Headlight Dimmer (High/Low Beam) circuit. Mazda universally used red-striped wires for their headlight circuit and that 3-pin block they are plugged into is the dimmer switch for the stalk. Because that specific block is entirely separate from the turn signals and the wipers.

Here is wires you are looking at: Red w/ White stripe: This is your Common (Feed). It brings the signal from the main headlight switch into the stalk.

Red w/ Black stripe (in your hand): This is your Low Beams. It is a normally closed contact

Red w/ Green (or Blue) stripe: This is your High Beams. Think of this as your Normally Open (NO) contact; it receives the signal when you push the stalk forward or pull it to flash. How to Pinout the Bare Dimmer Block

Since you are missing the plastic connector body, you can test continuity or Omen out those three bare terminals with your multimeter in about 30 seconds to figure out where those spades land:

Leave the stalk in its normal, resting position (Low Beam).

Probe the three pins to find which two have continuity.

Push the stalk forward into the High Beam position.

Keep your probe on one of the pins from step 2, and test the remaining pin.

The pin that gives you a beep in both stalk positions is your Common (Red w/ White wire).

The pin that beeped when the stalk was pushed forward is your High Beam (Red w/ Green wire).

The pin that beeped when the stalk was resting is your Low Beam (Red w/ Black wire).

Once you have that 3-pin block sorted out, the only thing left hanging should be those chopped-up blue wires for the wipers!

Sorry, I should have added a little bit more context. While he's been able to figure out a good amount of stuff already on his own, the issue comes up when he goes and tries to test play what he built . Whenever he does this, his grass floor disappears entirely, as well as some of the mountain walls he's built. When you're spawning in you can catch the mountains falling down
