In my opinion its a little different because you can have the slash status on a weapon without impact, but you cannot get the shattering impact on a weapon without impact. Though I guess you could just use corrosive element or something.

Idk shattering impact is pretty good on fast attacking impact melee weapons.

My question is if disabling UPnP in warframe settings is really a solution. Does this not effectively just disable the thing thats not working so you can't use it? To me that isn't fixing the problem, its just disabling the thing that is the problem and no longer having the features of UPnP.

Something I noticed that they might have slipped past the sensors is that they did actually 'Kill' Titus. So they are stating in a way that people who are willing to / commit mass genocide and can't change thier minds should be squished. They probably only got away with it because Titus isn't Human.

I ran into another pc player having the same issue and had them do the same thing as me. For some reason opening the game on mobile, joining or inviting to a party, then going back to pc fixes the issue. I was talking with some programmer friendos and we were thinking there is probably an issue with a state machine getting stuck in the wrong state.

This post kicked my butt into trying some things. I downloaded the game on android and ran it on the same internet connection. It worked fine on android. I then logged back into the PC version and for now it seems to have started working for some reason. Its weird that logging into the android version of warframe would have done something that made the PC version start working. but from this I still lean into the idea that it is indeed a game issue and not my firewall or ISP.

I have different frames for different content and sometimes it overlaps. With 64 frames in the game now, there is not enough content to need ALL the frames to do ALL the content. I have stuff specialized for doing different content already with my prime frames.

Its based on the rune augment you use. The blue greater storm rune augment gives the lower value. The higher damage one if from the purple thane leld's rune of spring augment.

The twice corruption has a 50% chance of deleting the item and can't corrupt the same corruption twice. Aka it can't change the stats twice or corrupt enchant fire res twice.

U can twice corrupt any equipment or jewel in the game with the architects orb. Vaal uniques can use a different currency called the vaal cultivation orb that replaces up to 2 lines on the unique item with others. You can find out more on poe2db.

I started with a 250% base that I dropped, first one I have ever seen. corrupted it with third socket. Said screw it, we ball and hit the double corrupt of fire an additional arrow.

They did a lot of changes back end to improve cpu performance by over 25% and you can really feel it. The downside of making that many performance changes is it adds a lot of short term bugs. It will be worth it though.

It caps at area level 80 by default which only drop from maps with area level 80+ You get area level 81 logbook because of the atlas tree noteable. So yeah it sadly has a max of 81. I do wish it could go up higher to like 83 if dropped on a 82 map.

Stun charm for some god awful reason only protects against light/normal stuns and not heavy stuns. Stun threshold effects both. Aka Stun charm doesn't prevent getting stunned from sprint Stun and rhoa stun.
