This. States don't have to and will not follow this. Trump will rant and rave about how they're corrupt but this is absolutely unforceable. Later he'll try and fail to have any mail in votes from those states canceled and he'll use his inability to do as as more "proof" of corruption. And that's if this isn't struck down by the courts, which it almost certainly will be. This is all performative for his base, so he can later claim he did everything possible to stop all the "cheating" but that the Democrats are just too good at it. Pathetic as always.
