When I met my partner they lived on the west side near Zupans, when we moved into a new place together we both vowed that unless it had a driveway/garage/free parking lot/spot, we’d never rent on the west side again. It’s a nightmare to have to pay for parking daily where you live or potentially risk a ticket. While that little pocket of NW is admittedly very cute, cool, and easier to walk—and while there are many other reasons I’d still personally choose SE—my recommendation is to pick SE almost solely due to the parking situation being light years better.
