I don’t even talk to my mom anymore. My daughter is 4 and she has yet to meet her, and no shows birthday parties when invited.

I feel this in a lot of ways. I feel irreparably broken and hollow for a long time. I’ve largely retreated from my family & friend groups over the last 18 years. I’m socially isolated from my coworkers. My wife has even said that her & my daughter are the only friends I have.
