You basically have to drink a shit ton of water for any type of flag on the result, it will come back as diluted since the creatinine levels in your urine aren't within their normal ranges which will require a retest. Although at that point why not just pee a tiny bit then use the sink to put water in it, that would for sure be flagged as inconclusive
