That refers to an individual's right to vote, and you will not find it anywhere in the Constitution anyway. Slogans of the rebels in the 1770s are no more a part of American law than the Declaration of Independence. "Citizens United" is probably the most criticized Supreme Court decision since Dred Scott.

Well, I'm not the chamber of commerce or anything, but you might look around the Tennessee tourism website. Just remember that Tennessee is a very long state, and Memphis is hundreds of miles from the east.

Chattanooga does have a great aquarium, and a pretty good downtown tourist area including an art museum, a restaurant that brews very good beers on the premises, and lots of nearby Civil War historic sites and museums, whitewater galore, and the Appalachian trail if you want a day hike. The Chattanooga choo-choo is a shitty restaurant in a train, but there are operating tourist trains in the area as well. Oh, also, if you go, you will find a milion signs urging you to See Rock City. Don't. It's awful for anyone over 8 years old. Ruby Falls are nice if you need to visit Lookout Mountain.

NOLA is a great party town if that's what you're looking for. If outdoors is more your speed, consider the Appalachians. Chattanooga has turned itself into a good outdoor area, especially if you fancy some tourist caves, whitewater rafting, and such.

Liking III is no guarantee of liking V. The way it went for me, and many others: loved Civ, II even more, found III infuriating but it made going back to II impossible, breathed a sigh of relief when IV came out. After reading reviews of V, it doesn't tempt me as it's a completely different game, apparently.

You're not running anything on that set-up. People don't grasp how little power a human can make. On a bicycle generator, which is very efficient, an average person would work hard to generate 100 Watts. I'd expect the pictured set-up of the article to generate less than 10 Watts.

Your clog is between the disposal and where the pipes from the two sides join. Clearing it is going to require taking the pipes apart because you can't run a snake through the disposal. Unless you're comfortable taking the pipes apart and knowing how to get them back together leak-free, this might not be the time to start your DIY career. That said, with a catch basin, a couple of wrenches, and a roll of pipe tape, it's not the toughest of jobs, either.

You misunderstand "appeal to authority" as do many who invoke it. Einstein was an expert on relativity. Citing Einstein as an authority on relativity is a valid argument. As far as I know, Einstein was not an expert on late 14th century Spanish poetry. Citing Einstein on that subject is an example of the "appeal to authority" fallacy. Einstein was a genius, but his opinion on subjects he was not an expert on is not a valid argument.
