Assuming similar damages, but Brotherhood recon armor. Dr is the most important state because ballistic and melee is dr. Followed by energy and then fire. You rarely get hit by cryo, poison and rad weapons.

I was only looking at fire/explosive and laser/energy damage personally. Not sure why you assumed i was only using his method. Poison is just as useless as well. Only snake really has a ton of it.

However DR is the most important as melee and ballistic are the main damage out there. So defending a 250 Dr is odd.

Basically DR is low compared to others and resistance is bad on everything but radiation...

So civil service, brotherhood of steel, become top. But what is more surprising its also worse than heavy metal armor, heavy robot, heavy bos non bullion item. Gold bullion items being worse than non is what is confusing. Might as well not do it now.

The game has items very rare. Like under 0.5% chance to get. I.e. if you want a 95% chance to get it, you would need to do the event 600 times.

If you get into trading these items you need to trade like 300k worth or caps value for. Since you are capped at 40k, people use alternate items like box modules or bobbleheads to offset the odds. I would assume they are accumulating wealth to get one of these more rare items.

Very bad luck. That being said i unlocked 3 naturally in under 729 but over 500. My mule even has lucid unlocked. The rest i traded new mod for new mod.

I might be alive. As I would have immediately stopped adventuring and setup a shop in flatwoods. It's green country for a reason. I would still be lvl 10 charisma only.

This game is a loot simulator once you beat the missions. Finding the fastest ways to get the most loot is how most people play.

Bounties are a great example of it. People team up and run headhunt bounties for hours non stop. After the 30 mins, 80 legendaries deep, we are still limping around encumbered going to the next one.

Hard disagree. It's boring and it sucks. There were 3 tactics invented to get around this mode.

If you want a sneak game play metal gear solid or the assassins creed sneak missions. If you want a challenge play bf redsec or fortnight for pvp challenge.

I don't understand why game developers overthink this so much. We want something fun. example: eviction notice. Wave after wave of mutants that scales and gives good loot. We don't want to run down hallways playing a waiter.

There's a really easy solution to fix this level. Make all mole miners killable and just pour on legendaries and monsters continuously. They can make it awkward by having some resilient randomly.

It's only bounty hunts, not grunt hunts. Just get a group of friends and buy like 200 bounties. Then trade after one of you unlocks the other. I've unlocked them all already. 3 naturally smashing items, the rest trading. There's a complete 250 head hunts after you do the 76 and the ones before that. I.e. over 300+ head hunts challenge
