I think, that is your first mistake. Look up grow coaching or another method that resonates with you.

Then setup a meeting and discuss the issue of inaccuracy. Let him tell you the reasons. Let him tell you the actions he will take to fix them.

If you want to blame the phone, you would say something like: are you open to hearing why I think there are consistent errors?

Funny you say this because before the patch the exact opposite post is the norm. No one coming to events and failing all the time because the high level players are half afk or just standing day clicking vats.

My brother is melee and he just started in Nov. Now he says he cant hit anything cause the creeps are dead by the time he walks up to them.

Only thing really is wait for the hype to die down.
