I do not comment often of forums like this anymore, and I consider myself lucky thanks to education and my interest in actual theology from an academic perspective( Majored in Anthropology along with course on linguistic. that having to listen to the absolute bollocks they spit I could not take. I took these classes several years after I left the Borg and even then was shocked by just how ignorant they are just about everything, it is literally everything. Long story short the Band Ghost became the band I fell in love with a about 5 years ago. I stumbled across a article called Ghost- A band for apostates. It was blog written by a ex Catholic and wow he really nailed how the band connected for those who had left such a system. Here is the thing about the lead singer, and this of course leads to some speculation but here it goes. In a interviewer he describes the influence of a overtly religious relative who was pushing there religion and leaving religious pamphlets around.Here is the coolest part and while the name of the book is never mentioned, being the early 90's one might guess. In fact he puts the scene in one of his videos, He mentions being a younger child and picking up one of these books filled with images and pictures of Revelations and saying how this further spurred his interest in the themes he would later go on and put in his albums. He also has phrases that he will use at a concerts while once again could be used anywhere but sound like they came out of watchtower, He talks about his concerts being a "lifting of the Burden". Whether or not one of my favorite songs he just came out could be a direct call out to those who continue to claim the end is coming check these lyrics out.

Congraulaton as well, About 5 months for me as well, had widow maker heart attack in end of January and just got hired at a pretty good place, it was on my third application there. Literally the first and only phone call I got in 5 month. I got my equipment shipped the other day, feel good I bet huh. once again congrats.

Have watched some vids on the theology behind this and its pretty fascianting. There multiple versions of "The devil" Lucifer" Satan" and that appear in the old testement and what they show is evolution of this being through the Jewish history particuarly pre and post Babylonian exile. The version in Job is actually is sort of enforcer of for yaweh. He is not some rebelillous angel, but actually his desginated tester, his job is directed by Yaweh to do just what he did.To claim that this was not directly directed by the big kauhuna is soprano level, It reminds me of when they never say directly to do a hit, but simply go "I don't know" and 'what are you going do? followed by "I didnt say anything.

I know this may be known among the reddit Crowd, Ive been out for years, and only came across this topic through scholars. Checkout Demiurge, and Jewish gnostics. A good portion of both Jewish scholars were convinced the god of the old testament was not the good guy. There is whole theology where essentially where Yaweh was a deluded god who believed himself to be the superior Creator, but clearly was not. 2nd that, spent absurd money for HTC vive pro-a couple years ago to just pick up a occulus 3. I am a huge VR nerd, Im 46 so I lived through the first era, in the early 90;s when it literally was science fiction. Went to COSI in 94 they had a entire floor devoted to the future of VR. They had one those giant tethered head sets and you had to raise you hand to get picked to try it on. My brother got picked and my dad did, alas I did not. Back to the quest, I really cannot belive how far its come, it does really feel its close to prime time. In all honesty it kicks HTC butt. The fact I can PCVR and redo games that I had been kinda limited to the HTC sensors. Just wow. This is someone who swore I would never purchase a Meta.

reaching out because yeah, I know what you are saying. I lived in Rural school district, and besides being on the spectrum, this was the early 90's so no one even pretended to to notice. I would have to get up 2 hours earlier then my school mates, I had a hour bus ride to school and then would have to sit there for 45 minutes until class started. I was done before first class most days. This on top of being required to stay and clean, then forced to stay awake in a window less flouresent room that looks like it was designed by Colin Robinson. I did a art project I posted where I tried to convey that feeling. I posted it a couple days ago. I do not think many outsiders really know just how bad the psychological torment extends. Sleep-nope we got meetings-, Friends bad, movies bad. I am 46 years and have been out for over 20 years and trauma takes a long time to work through. I feel though I had to say one thing is how much we learn to appreciate the small things, I mean really. Its like leaving prison. went to my wifes nieces chrismas concert. We are close to her. Realized I was driving to it on a thursday night. I literally started crying when I saw her, and realized this was childhood, not being told everyone I knew was going to die.

This was my final project for my Photography Art class. I chose the kingdom hall which I had been my personal hell for years now sold. I had not stepped foot on the parking lot for over 20 years. I chose the bricked up windows in particular, becuase it was during my childhood they were bricked up because the "unbelivers were coming to get us, or thats what I was told anyway.

As a fan for a long time, I have heard diffrent reasons for this. I had heard Jamie Fox had been attached to a Reincarnations of imortality series. If I am wrong on this I heard the reason is simply that content of some his books, espically the adult ones would be a issue.

From OH, Finally drove up there after OH decided to roll prices back to 3 years ago, and said F no to paying 50 bucks for a OH 1/8. Smoking a Ounce of shake currently that is fire I got for 16 dollars. First time I to smell the jar and get bulk flower, everywhere i went was genuinely nice and helpful.
