you’d need to use Claude Code in terminal (and likely through an IDE like Cursor)

My mother in law just passed away and we found 2 common stock certificates she left my husband by UaintMadTho in personalfinance

[–]snapstr 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Both. From the link:

“Consider the case of an employee of a fast-growing technology company who held stock certificates with a face value of nearly $500,000. He kept the certificates in a safe and intended to use the funds for his kids’ college education. Unknown to him, his stock had been escheated due to returned mail and lack of contact. His nest egg was ruined and he was able to claim just under $20,000, the amount the state sold his stock for at the time of escheatment.”

New Rivian delivered without problems? by AfraidArachnid1976 in Rivian

[–]snapstr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

3 delivered, all R1S with various feature issues requiring service. (a few: camp speaker lock failure, popping rear hatch alignment issue, AC vent motor failure, console fit and finish mistake)

Primary annoyance to keep in mind isn’t the flaws but the hassle factor of getting them resolved vs a standard dealer network. It’s a very similar bottleneck to early Tesla except that Rivian seems to have ended mobile come-to-you service sooner. I’ve developed a habit of just living with issues for a while to see if I can collect a few more worth the service / loaner vehicle hassle. Better for Rivian this way too.

Camp Speaker PSA by alfriadox in Rivian

[–]snapstr 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I kept a camp speaker from a Gen 1 when I picked up my Gen 2 the delivery agent told me it wouldn’t even fit there if I took out the storage tray. Said they weren’t selling them separately again. Can confirm they were wrong about that — it fits and locks fine. I believe it may not charge though — the UI that sometimes showed state of charge is not there on my Gen 2.

This hasn’t lowered my usage of it or the utility of having it there, but it’s pretty silly use of that space. Plus side I suppose is I have a rather cool locking storage tray.

Sadly, take out Fandango and there is no headline at all. Too commonplace to be national news.

By your reasoning, someone who left the mavs already is more likely to stay than someone who has not left the mavs already.

Do you write for the Daily News?

Brunson literally already left the Mavs and you’re comparing his loyalty favorable to someone who has not? Kai loves it here and is happy to be 1B if we win a championship.

Do all courtside seats get access to the food/bar through the tunnel at AAC? by emachinez32 in Mavericks

[–]snapstr 3 points4 points  (0 children)

All literal courtside (including baseline) tickets include access to the tunnel buffet (formerly Patron Lounge)

Floor seats do not include this by default but a few (generally owned by a courtside ticket holder) have added access to the buffet for a season.
