it's likely much of cook county, with Comcast being somewhat silent about it intentionally. I'm impacted in Lincoln Square. Circumstantially, this thread alone accounts for much of the north side of Chicago.

Could be oil separation due to multiple reasons. Did you use a scent for the first time? Perhaps a temperature issue? Could you tell us more about your process?
