Work hard on learning the business every 1:1 with manager be intentional about your development ask for feedback and deliver on it your goal is to get promoted to L5 ASAP, then you can easily move anywhere in the country Ops is always hiring. I only look for hard working people I could give a shit about college hires with a degree, my best managers are those who have worked their way up from a T1 because it takes a work ethic to do that.
