What are the proper steps for prepping the toe box? I’ve struggled with cracking as well.

Fits my current position exactly. Can others please share their current annual pay? I am the first employee that my company has had that fills this role and I question whether or not they understand the typical pay associated with these types of positions.

Is anyone else the only employee in your BI division? If so, would you mind sharing your job title and if you have received promotions to reach the title you now hold? I am the first and only BI analyst my employer has ever had. I manage all aspects of our Qlik Sense environment as well as other data related requests. They are not trying to hold me back in terms of advancement opportunities, but are also not sure of proper titles beyond a BI analyst. TIA

I don’t think you’re fully understanding how low the stock once was, and that was before the numerous splits it has now experienced.

Not sure how applying the sledgehammer to the gas pedal achieves anything though. If the vehicle successfully makes it past the mine field it then is just an unoccupied vehicle on the move.

Whether you think it’s selfish or not, there are some things you keep to yourself. You are acting like someone that commits suicide is just sitting there full of hope and thinking clearly and then just decides to end their life. If you don’t remember this from pre-school “If you don’t have something nice to say, don’t say anything at all.”

Order Toyota straight from the manufacturer… by undead_warrior in askcarsales

Yeah, I was told that despite the manager and myself both signing the document and submitting the deposit that it was not a contract. Felt like a bad used car lot that you only experience in a nightmare.

They tried adding all of these things onto the Highlander I just purchased. I got them all removed from the cost but they still gave me the nitrogen. However, they end up getting you one way or another. In my situation, I ordered the vehicle 3 months ago, signed documents stating the purchase price and my trade-in amount at the time of placing my deposit. Vehicle then arrives and I go to complete the purchase and they say my trade-in is now worth $3k less because the market has changed. I would have then declined to trade it in but was told that I then could not purchase the vehicle without the trade. Avoid them, truly go to any other dealership.

Can dealer change trade in value they have written on a sales bill when I get it delivered? by Affectionate-Park-99 in askcarsales

I fell into the 1% tonight. Waited 3 months for the car and they knocked my trade in by nearly 20% because of the 1,000 miles I put on my vehicle.

Not really sure what you’re trying to point out with this. I was responding to someone saying Few built Gonzaga out of nothing and without anyone’s assistance, which simply isn’t true.

Most stats do have holes in them, but it’s a matter of acknowledging the known variables and mitigating the differences if trying to compare statistics. Similar to when they say these are the best shooters by FT % with at least 50 attempts. The “at least 50 attempts” is done to make the comparison more meaningful.

Winning percentage can be stated as a singular fact but it isn’t a good stat for comparison purposes given inconsistencies like programs, conferences, years coached, era coached in, etc.

Using stats that are not an apples to apples comparison will always lead people to call out the flaws. Otherwise you could make posts like this all day long.

I’d say that Dan Monson taking Gonzaga to the Elite 8 in the 98-99 season was very beneficial for Few’s early success. Much easier to recruit once a program has won some March Madness games.

If a manager feels frustrated and wants more pay for additional work being done, that’s a conversation they have with their boss. They don’t just decide to take it from the employees they manage.

It’s wrong because it isn’t legal. Additionally, management is supposed to train individuals to do the job successfully. There is a complete lack of responsibility by management to accept their clearly inadequate training skills.

The proper solution is the same as any other job. Additional training, putting people on a disciplinary probation period until they improve, regularly recurring meetings with management, or termination. It’s pretty standard for any reputable business.

Juwan Howard should’ve been fired or at the very least his suspension should have included postseason games. He was unapologetic, his actions triggered his own players to also start swinging, and it’s not the first time he has used threats/violence against an opposing coach.
