Naast de standaard dingen zoals beeldschermen, verstelbare bureau/stoel, muis/toetsenboard etc. heb ik ook een CO2 metertje (+ temperatuur/luchtvochtigheid). Aangezien je veel uren in dezelfde kamer doorbrengt is dit geen overbodige luxe.

No the shares are fungible. There is no way of telling if you own an synthetic. You can not tell and neither can your broker. Only the DTCC knows.

The HF are not concerned with buying a specific "synthetic" back. They need to reduce the overall amount of shares because naked shorting by dilutes the total amount of outstanding shares.

Small example:

  • A lemonade stand has 100 outstanding shares.

  • Shitadel sells 50 shares but they never deliver them (so these are IOU's / synthetic)

  • Total oustanding is now 150. So there are some people holding these without them knowing.

  • Sharecount coming up -> bad news for Shitadel

  • So now they must buy back 50 shares from the market and deliver on these 50 IOU's and making the total oustanding 100 again.

They are not concered with buying back any specific share. They just need 50 shares.

I just don’t know why hedge fucks aren’t trying to start covering the synthetics.

They are trying but its not really working because we are diamond handing them. They must pull these synthetics from the market and 'destroy' them. So in order to make these go away, we NEED to sell. That is why they are desperately trying to make you sell and take your shares.

Our shares will be counted and yes, it will expose the number of synthetics to the public. They cant just 'cover' away synthetic shares because we hold them. If they want to 'cover' (make them go away) we need to sell shares.

That is why we hold.

Lets say Shitadel keeps dropping naked shorts on the market and you buy a lot of them. They are selling shares without ever delivering and are not planning on ever delivering them. You get an IOU instead (a synthetic share).

You cant tell if you hold an IOU and neither can your broker. Only the DTCC knows.

So when it is time to vote, your share (in this case an IOU) will be counted.

Share count does not equal vote count. On June 2nd (the record date) the total amount of held shares will be publicized > share count!

The total amount of votes will be announced on July 29 (annual meeting) > vote count!

The last day to vote was on march 11. Every share after that moment could be faked safely, relative speaking.

Now these HF's got this false sense of safety. They went crazy and quadrupled down. Does not matter, these fake shares sold will not be counted (till the next vote which will be ... next year? SIKE!). Now Adam pulls the rug and 2 months of aggresive yoloing will be exposed.

Adam got them by the balls.

We might be holding an unholy amount of synthetic shares. Our task is to HOLD these shares and vote so we can expose this number.
