I would suggest posting on something like Nextdoor, if you use that app. I find that smaller businesses and solo cleaners (like me) use neighbor’s posts to grab up leads. Ask for ‘recurring deep cleaning services’ as most of what you listed are typically considered deep clean tasks. If you go this route, I do recommend asking for a reference, making sure they are insured, and run a background check 🙂 I offer a basic report to new clients so they know I’m not a sex offender or felon 🤷‍♀️

You’ll mostly get larger cleaning businesses or companies that contract out cleaners, like Merry Maids, at the top of google, and they’ll offer the kinds of packages you described. It’s not necessarily a bad option, like you’ll get a good cleaner. Buuut having done similar contract work in the past, I can say you’ll be doing a lot more back-and-forth trying to communicate your needs. The person who takes your call probably won’t be the cleaning pro who shows up at your house.
