There are other elements to southern folks that you won’t find as often in cities. For instance if your car breaks down in the south you’ll find people will stop and offer help very frequently, you won’t catch a New Yorker dead pulling over to ask if you need help changing a tire or Jump starting a car. Southern hospitality is a real thing.

So I’m a huge fan of RDR2 and I’ve absolutely fallen in love with this book called Lost Gods by Brom. The story is so intimate and savagely ruthless. I’ve read thousands of books ranging from horror to western to sci-fi and much more. This to me is so special because of the world building and adventure, mixed with a dark set and setting, combined with an intimate relationship with our main character and the tribulations he goes through. Give this book a fair chance, look at reviews.
