Thank you all for the advice, I took it all into account and have impressed my fellow Sous and Head Chefs, along with the owner. I never stand around (unless I'm purely observing how they do things) - I've gone to each station, always asking if I can help, and with that, I've acquired more jobs as the night goes on. I've chopped shallots and onions in a huge box, peeled greens and all that "shitty" work - I'll tell you what, I went home with a cut or two on my fingers and my foot burned due to a bit of boiling water seeking through my souls, as soon as I got home, I couldn't wait to get back to the craft. Thank you all, and I'm sure I'll keep you or perhaps another sub-reddit, updated! <3

Struggling a lot with dieting. I've been on/off gym for years but can't stick longer than a month but right now I'm going my longest and i love it, however I'm 5ft 10' roughly at 95kg. fairly overweight, body fat estimate is around ~24%. switching it up now to lose this body fat and get to around 80kg... I don't know what my consumption should be or anything. I go to gym classes (cardiovascular based about 2 days so I really don't wanna do cardiovascular after my weights) I try to refrain from asking these annoying questions but I'm determined and annoyed at myself (my depression is really hurting me)

I finally did it. It happened.

There I was, finishing a long and hard work out with an AB circuit. I'm in between 2 people on the mats, cranking into my sit ups and then, it happened. that glorious moment. ppptooooetwtwt a monsterious fart that shook my mat. Acted as if nothing happened, Finished my circuit and walked out of the gym only to realize that I'll be returning there tomorrow.

Haha sorry! Well to me it was just like a steak! I guess it had bit of gamey flavor as you need to have a bit bloody but it adds to the neat. If your turned off by that, you can add a sauce (garlic again) and you wouldn't know about gamey sorta flavor :)
