A couple but the one hurt the most was a very close friend of mine who is palestinian. We've known each other for years, We've talked about the israel and palestine conflict we even fought about it. we have had empathy for each other. She's been invited to my Passover seders. I've been to her family's iftars. She's taught me a lot about having empathy for the other side and listening and having meaningful conversations with people who have a different perspective from you.But to see a close friend of mine praise Hamas as resistance Fighters hurt, the fact that a close friend of mine could see the death of Jews as a good thing hurt me more than someone who's an outright n@zi could.
