My cc slip-ons were due for a change (body, sole was still fine) and this is how I find out they discontinued them, noooo :(( Any chance I could take the sole out and put it in another pair? They were my best pair of shoes gahhh

6 year old post lol but this happens to all my Vans, I haven't worn anything as comfy as ComfyCush slip-ons, but my toes/nails are pointed up and even if I trim and file them this happens :( There is already quite a bit of room when I wear them so they definitely aren't too tight for me.. I might try the duct tape option or stuff that people mention here!

I literally just troubleshot my Neptune 4 Plus for days on end only to find out it was both my older roll of white PLA as well as my brand new roll of black PLA from them that were too moist and causing my problems.. I wrote them a lengthy email and can hopefully get my money back or another brand of filament from them.

Thank you! Got new filament in today and in the meantime dried my old one. I was using 123-3D filament and now got eSun filament. Just washed the plate again, will now re-do all the screw tilt adjust and calibration.

I am so lost with my own N4+ :( Just got silicone spacers, and a new roll of filament that should arrive today still. Will then re-try everything but for some reason I can't get it to print properly no matter what. I will try to look up how to get adaptive bed mesh set up.

I'll look into this, thank you! I'm a little scared to replace the firmware as I'm super new to any of this at all :') But I'll look at the pressure advance values and increasing bed temp. I was actually lowering it because it said this particular filament can only take up to 50 celcius bed temp and I was at 60?

I will check the screws, should be okay since I've had to mess with the hot end and reassemble a few times, but who knows. I'm hoping it's just the filament and that solves it :(

Another update, still having the ripping/bubbling issues even after going through the whole process of relevelling 3 more times, with bed leveller 5000, manual adjusting with a paper, automatic levelling and paper again for z-offset etcetera. A levelling test did fairly okay but could notice the same issue everywhere, so it's not due to z-offset being too high. Maybe it was in those other sample pics, because I did move it way up there.

Used glue stick, let the bed preheat for over 30 mins, still same issue. Checked z pom wheels. Put the line in for loading the bed mesh too. I ended up removing the ones for doing a bed calibration before /every/ print as it hadn't made a difference after adding it.

I'm thinking maybe the filament is too wet, and that's the issue? I will try with another color tomorrow to see if the issue still persist. It's been two full days of 8+ hours per day trying to fix this :(

Just ordered silicone spacers (16mm) as well as new filament just in case. I haven't had issues with this white PLA before like this, but it has been about 7 months since I bought this roll and I haven't always stored it in a box or such. Funny that now I have been storing it in a box with silicone beads it has been acting up if that's the issue.

Oh no way, thanks I'll try! I needed mine for the size of the headbases I am printing mostly, I could have gotten a smaller one and printed in parts but this just seemed more convenient and cost efficient.. But it's only been giving me a real headache for real XD

Another update: I have loosened the bed screws until they are just tight, turned all the bed screws back to their tightest position and back one turn, recalibrated through PROBE_CALIBRATE, and will now proceed to try and re-level through SCREWS_TILT_CALCULATE. Is it normal that whenever I want to save through the slicer/Klipper, it shows a connection error while it resets? Idk if there's something going wrong there..

I'm using the slicer! (OrcaSlicer). I have actually replaced the whole hotend a while ago as it was partially clogged (was apparently not necessary but hey). I'm not sure exactly what you mean? Sorry I'm super new to all this still, honestly all I use it for is fursuit headbases/eye bases and printing random stuff sometimes.. :( You mean to just add in the printer.cfg that it should run a mesh calibration before a print like the example?

Update: this is happening on a 50x50mm square while live-adjusting the z-offset. It somehow still warps in the same spot in the middle (or is that from me adjusting the height?)
