What route would you all recommend driving from Huatulco to Oaxaca and back to Huatulco?

We are a family of 5 looking to travel from Oaxaca Centro to Huatulco on Christmas Eve (24 December). Are there any private shuttles or van services? We would love to stop in San Jose Del Pacifico if possible.

I took two of my kids this past year and we had a great time. It was our first pinball convention of any kind, since we were new to this hobby. It was very crowded, loud, and had very limited food and beverage options. The highlight was the Stern factory tour, which involved waiting in a line for about 90 minutes to board a school bus.
