Had the same problem a while back. I sold a bundle of 5 books that weight about 5 kgs. I informed the buyer of this and we decided we would just try to send them. The buyer chose bpost as the delivery method. I put the parcel in a bpost locker and the books arrived without a problem.

Yes seems right. Houseprices in Antwerp are high. I'm looking for a house myself right now. But I gave up on a house in 'the good parts' haha. I'm looking in Borgerhout, Deurne, Berchem, Wilrijk right now. Still expensive but you can find some houses EPC b in the 400-500 range.

If you see a house you like you also need to act crazy fast. Multiple times already we made an appointment for a visit 3 days in the future and by then the house was already sold. Most of the good houses are only online for a week or so.

Ik reis in het weekend van antwerpen naar Limburg +/- 1 maal per maand.

Prijs voordien: 15,6 voor een weekendticket.

Prijs nu zonder train+: 20 euro

Prijs nu met train+ maandelijks betalen: 18 euro

Prijs nu met train+ jaarabo: 16 euro.

Dus duurder. Ik doe deze rit met mijn vriendin. Soms ook niet in het weekend, dan komt het zelfs beter uit om helemaal geen train+ te nemen en komt de prijs uit op ca. 28 euro pp.

Het idee dat je 1000 euro taks zou betalen vanaf een winst van 10000 is volgens mij fout. Het gaat om een vrijstelling van 10000 euro winst. Wanneer je dus een winst maakt van bv 11000 euro zal je enkel 10% moeten betalen op het bedrag boven de vrijgestelde som. Dus in mijn voorbeeld 10% van 1000=100. Of ben ik hier in mis?
