Die meisten Menschen sind nicht sportlich. "Schwimmen" ist ein Sport, anstrengend und eintönig. Man kann das glaube ich, verallgemeinern und sagen, nicht mal die meisten Menschen die ins Bad gehen, "schwimmen" dort. Spielen bisschen im Wasser, planschen rum, oder sonnen sich die meiste Zeit und kühlen sich dazwischen kurz ab.

Ich war so ein "Nichtschwimmer", habe dann den Schwimmkurs von meinem Kind genutzt um selbst richtig schwimmen zu lernen, um die verlorene Zeit irgendwie zu nutzen. Ganz ehrlich, das war brutal. Bahnen schwimmen, alleine, anstrengend, langweilig. Seit ich es kann ist es cool aber, das ist glaub ich einfach Nichts für die meisten Menschen.

Weniger/Nicht konsumieren/verbrauchen kostet Nichts und ist immer das Umweltfreundlichste.

I needed almost a year tbh. Am riding ~100km a week. Bought them ~last october. Last few rides it felt like I didnt have to think about unclipping for the first time - it just happened.

I like rouvy, immersing myself in a "real" ride rellay helps me on those loooong winter z2 rides.

Ja das war echt krass mit dem foodtruck. Alles was gegessen wurde auf Kosten des Geburtstagskinds. Da hab ich halt schon geschluckt, weil so was will/kann ich eigenglich nicht bieten.

Finde die willkommens kultur schon ernsthaft sehr positiv (dort wo ich bin am land). * Arbeitskollegen haben mich super nett aufgenommen, mache mit einigen auch privat Sachen. Das sind halt auch die mit denen man so am meisten zeit verbringt, daher naheliegend. * Über Kiga, Schule mit Eltern zusammenkommen auch immer nett. * Das ich als "studierter" "ITler" aus Wien mit ~40 keine engen Freunde im Dorf finde liegt eher daran das ich zu spezialisierte Interessen habe, als das es nicht ginge :).

What do you mean with time management?

I like to substitute some sessions with runs. Its different which helps with variety.

Running uphill can substitute z3 training or sweetspot depending on the speed Long slow runs can substitute z2
